    FAQ

Peppermint Ridge is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We offer residential services, community integration, and various activities to help our residents lead fulfilling lives.

We welcome volunteers to contribute their time and skills to our community. To get started, please contact us at info@peppermintridge.org, and we will guide you through our orientation and volunteer onboarding process.

The VIP (Vocational and Independent Program) supports individuals who can live on their own but need assistance with daily living skills such as money management, meal preparation, and social relationships. It aims to promote independence and a higher quality of life.

Peppermint Ridge is funded through a combination of state funding, donations, fundraising events, and investment income. Approximately 80% of our costs are covered by the state, while the remaining 20% comes from contributions and other fundraising efforts.

We welcome partnerships with businesses and organizations to support our mission. Please reach out to our Community Outreach Director, Nick, at NSam@peppermintridge.org to discuss potential collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.
