At Peppermint Ridge, we understand the unique requirements of our residents and ensure a high level of care and support with a staff-to-resident ratio of 1:3. 

These individuals require close supervision and support from medically trained personnel due to a variety of physical conditions. We maintain a staff-to-resident ratio of 1:3 to ensure that each resident receives the specialized care and attention they need.

Residents are encouraged to be independent while receiving support as needed. While they can complete many tasks on their own, they may require assistance with certain self-care duties. Our dedicated staff provide coaching and support to help residents navigate social situations effectively. With a staff-to-resident ratio of 1:6, we ensure personalized attention and guidance to promote independence and enhance social skills.

This program assists individuals who are able to live on their own but benefit from guidance as they hone their independent living skills. The coach works 1:1 with the individual to strengthen proficiency in money management, interpersonal relationships, accessing transportation, completing household chores, etc.
